COOKING CLASS | in HER Kitchen: Sourdough Flatbread + Hummus — HER Kitchen

In this hands-on class on Sourdough Flatbreads and Hummus you will learn to work with sourdough starter to create your own homemade fermented gut healthy sourdough flatbreads.

You will engage in each part of the process from mixing dough, to rolling flatbreads, skillet cooking, and of course sampling all the delicious food we make in class. You will also learn how to prepare homemade hummus with herbs and olives as well as consider other ways to incorporate flatbreads into your family meal rotation.

In this class you will receive the following.

✨Sourdough starter that Ashley replicates for you from her own

✨Dough mixed in class that you can take home and roll your own flatbreads.

✨Recipe booklet with all the recipes and processes featured in class

✨Samples of the food we create, enjoyed with everyone at class
